Arianna Perotti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Arianna Perotti<\/strong>, graduated at the University of Turin, has obtained a diploma in International and Diplomatic Studies from the Istituto Universitario di Studi Europei of Turin and has attended various international Universities, including the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg, the University of San Diego, California, and the King\u2019s College of London where she obtained&nbsp; master (M.A.) in UK US and EU copyright law and the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program in International Corporate and Commercial Law.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">From 2005 she worked in international law firms in Milan dealing mainly with contractual matters and industrial and intellectual property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">From 2011, she worked as in-house lawyer in the Milan headquarters of two multinational industrial groups: Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali (now part of the Nidec Group) and Prysmian, mainly dealing with contractual matters in different businesses: traditional and renewable energies (on shore and off shore), oil &amp; gas, metals and industrial automation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">In 2019, Arianna joined Dardani Studio Legale where she practices mainly in the sectors of international constructions, offshore and oil &amp; gas projects and commercial contracts. She particularly focuses on drafting and negotiating supply contracts, construction contracts, EPC and O&amp;M contracts (through FIDIC or other contractual models), as well as in the handling and resolution of disputes arising during the execution of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Arianna was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009 and she is a member of the Milan Bar.
