Brian Dardani graduated in 2005 with honours at the University of Genoa and in 2008 at the Commercial University Luigi Bocconi of Milan.
Author of the fairy tale in rhyme (terzine dantesche) “Giasone e Medea. Storie dell’Argo-marinaio” (De Ferrari Editore, 2005) and of the collection of poems “Un segreto ancora” (Il Melangolo, 2015), he graduated in literature cum laude at the Statale University of Milan in 2024.
From 2008 he worked in international law firms in Milan dealing mainly with corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, non-contentious matters.
Since 2012 he is a member of Dardani Studio Legale where he practices his professional activity in the areas of shipping law, transportation and international trade law and focuses primarily on corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
He particularly specializes in the assistance to ship-owners, charterers, ship-management companies, brokers, trading companies for drafting and negotiating contracts and complex transactions or projects, for the organization of groups of companies and corporate governance, as well as for other typically corporate and commercial issues.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and he is a member of the Milan Bar. He speaks Italian, French and English.
