Carolina Pinto

Carolina Pinto, born in Genoa on 15th October 1992, graduated magna cum laude at the University of Genoa in 2017 with a dissertation in European Union Law focused on the Regulation (EU) 2015/848 on cross-border insolvency / entitled “Regulation (EU) 2015/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council on insolvency proceedings (recast) – The EU legal system’s answer to the major deficiencies of regulation (EC) n. 1346/2000”.

In 2017 she joined Dardani Studio Legale as a trainee lawyer, dealing, in particular, with shipping, transportation and International trade law, civil law.

She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2019 and she is a member of the Genoa Bar. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
